All documents and personal information are handled securely and are used solely for providing translation services. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your information to third parties. 

If a translation contains a verified error made by our team, we will correct it promptly at no additional charge. Requests involving additional changes to the original source may incur fees. 

Orders may be cancelled before translation begins. Once translation has started, cancellation requests may be subject to charges proportional to the work already completed.

Every document received is treated and stored as confidential and password protected. Only personnel directly involved in completing your translation will have access to your files. 

Because translation services involve professional labor, refunds are generally not available. If we are unable to complete your project, a refund will be issued based on the work completed.

Completed translations are delivered electronically in the agreed-upon format unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for downloading and storing the completed files after delivery.
